Charles Street Dinner House

Charles Street Dinner House is a steakhouse with fine dining fare in the middle of downtown Mariposa. Their menu contains a large wine list, steaks, and seafood. Enjoy a rib eye or a filet mignon in a relaxing atmosphere in a rustic setting. There is also a nice childrens menu for kids 12 and under to enjoy with simple items like chicken tenders, spaghetti, and fettuccine alfredo.

Located in downtown Mariposa this is a perfect place for a night out with the family after exploring the National Park. It is open Monday through Saturday. 11 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM.

Little Shop of Ramen

This restaurant in downtown Mariposa is friendly and casual, offering Japanese homemade cuisine. They hand-pull their noodles for the freshest pasta around and their broth is rich and flavorful. They have classic offerings like Miso and Shoyu ramen but also unique dishes such as their Coconut Curry Ramen that is Thai-inspired with creamy coconut and Japanese curry seasoning in the broth to make a delicious soup that is topped with salt-pepp

er chicken.

This shop is located in the historic gold coin building, letting you experience a historic setting while enjoying one of Japan’s signature dishes. They are open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 AM to 9 PM except on Wednesdays where they open at 4 PM.

Costa Livos Mountain Gold Olive Oil

California creates some of the world’s finest olive oil. The CostaLivos olive grove is located in the western foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, warmed in the California sun and fed by the glacier water from the mountains. CostaLivos’ olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to yield some of the most flavorful extra virgin olive oils. Their storefront is located in downtown Mariposa and they offer a unique tasting experience. Taking home some hand-made olive oil is a must to have a little bit of Yosemite with you when you return home.

Fredrick’s of Savourys

Fredrick’s hosts a contemporary American menu with steak, seafood, and pasta dishes. They also contain a full bar with their own signature drinks. They offer specials nightly including dishes like a beautifully fried smoked salmon croquette with house made salsa verde and creme fresh.

Dinner starts at 5 PM everyday and is the perfect spot to go and relax at the bar or restaurant depending on your mood. The restaurant is located right in downtown Mariposa and is perfect to unwind after a long day in the National Park.

Happy Goat

Happy Goat is just down the street from Happy Goat Farm, a regenerative sustainable farm. They serve dishes that are directly from farm to table that are genuine and delicious. They serve elevated classics with fresh local ingredients including Burgers, cheesesteak sandwiches, BLT, and chicken sandwiches. They also offer breakfast items including omelets, eggs benedict, burritos, and biscuits and gravy.

Happy Goat is located in downtown Mariposa and is the perfect place to eat for the more environmentally conscious diner who cares about where their food comes from. They are open Thursday through Monday from 7 AM to 3 PM.

The Lemon Drop

The Lemon Drop is located right in downtown Mariposa and offers fresh handmade lemonade and many other lemonade based drinks. They also offer excellent food items for lunch and dinner such as Birrria Ramen, tacos, cheeseburgers, fries, and more. This small shop owned by a friendly local couple is an excellent place to stop for a refreshing drink and meal. They also sell souvenirs and other nick nacks that are an excellent gift to take back home with you.

 

The Lemon Drop is open 7 days a week with varying hours throughout the week, opening at 10 am on Tuesday to Friday and Sunday, 9 am on Monday, and 8 am on Saturday. Closing times are at 8 pm Tuesday to Friday and 6 pm Saturday to Monday.

The Grove House

The Grove House is a lively hub of activities with live music, great food and a large selection of drinks including craft beers, sours, hard seltzers, cocktails, and more. This is the perfect place to relax with a drink and a bite to eat with your friends. The Grove House features a rotating menu, with a farm to table approach, providing new and fresh options every time you visit.

 

The Grove House is open from Monday to Saturday with hours starting at 3pm to 8pm on Monday through Thursday and 3pm to 9pm on Friday and Saturday. All ages are welcome to most shows at the Grove House unless otherwise stated on the event info. Dogs are also welcome on the premises.
